Michael Deflorio, Senior Managing Director - Harvest Partners
Harvest Partners is a private equity investment firm with a long track record of building value in businesses and generating attractive returns on investment. The firm currently has approximately $1 billion of capital under management.
Mike has over 10 years of private equity and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Partner at J. H. Whitney & Co. where he completed private equity transactions in a number of sectors including general industrial, business services and healthcare. Before Whitney he held positions at American Industrial Partners where he focused on acquiring middle market manufacturing business, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in corporate finance. Mike has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Mike DeFlorio serves on the Boards of Arbonne International, Communications Supply Corporation, Levlad and Logisco.

Ernie Knight, Director - Nationwide Mutual Capital
Nationwide Mutual Capital is an independent $150 million venture capital firm affiliated with Nationwide, a Fortune 100 enterprise and leader in the insurance and financial service industries.
Mr. Knight manages investments and is responsible for working with prospective portfolio companies and organizing investor syndicates. Ernie focuses on investments in enterprise software and business services and currently serves on the boards of Xceedium, Metallect, ISD Corporation and SpineMatrix, in addition to working closely with portfolio companies BDNA Corporation and Lombardi Software. Prior to joining Nationwide Mutual Capital, Mr. Knight was with Reservoir Venture Partners, a venture capital firm targeting seed and early stage technology companies and Innovation Works, a seed stage investment organization. Ernie Knight received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Mark Vayda, Executive Vice President, Sales, Fujitsu America
Fujitsu America offers a complete portfolio of business technology services, computing platforms, and industry solutions.
Previously, Vayda served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Alliances and Product Marketing with BearingPoint, and was a member of their executive leadership team. Vayda led the company's worldwide professional sales force and the development of global sales strategies. Prior to June 2004, Vayda had roles as sales leader for BearingPoint's General Business practice and was the company's global Oracle solution leader and segment leader for BearingPoint's Utilities practice.
Before joining BearingPoint in April 2002, Vayda spent six years at Oracle Corporation, where he held various leadership roles, including Group Vice President of Oracle's communication and utility sales organization. He has also worked in sales at several large computer hardware and software companies, including Digital Equipment and Informix Software.

Anthony Argiropoulos, Partner - Sills Cummis & Gross
