Harvest Partners is a private equity investment firm with a long track record of building value in businesses and generating attractive returns on investment.

For 40 years, through seven funds with aggregate capital commitments of over $10.0 billion, the firm has invested in over 60 companies.

Mike DeFlorio joined Harvest in 2003. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Partner at J. H. Whitney & Co. where he completed private equity transactions in a number of sectors including general industrial, business services and healthcare.

Before Whitney, he held positions at American Industrial Partners where he focused on acquiring middle market manufacturing businesses, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in corporate finance.

He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mike serves on the Boards of Granicus, Lazer Spot, MRI Software, OnPoint Group and Yellowstone Landscape. He previously served on the Boards of APC Automotive Technologies, Aquilex, Bartlett Holdings, Continuum Energy, CSC, FCX Performance, Natural Products Group, U.S. Silica and Valet Living.

Mr. Argiropoulos is a trial lawyer who appears before federal and state courts in New Jersey and other states. He serves as lead counsel in complex commercial and other business litigations.

He also regularly handles commercial arbitrations and other ADR proceedings. Mr. Argiropoulos also serves as a general counsel role for clients seeking practical legal advice tailored to their long term business strategies and goals. He has counseled clients in the technology, real estate, manufacturing and service sectors as well as other entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Mr. Argiropoulos was Member of a large regional law firm, where he served as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department.
