Mike joined Harvest in 2003. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Partner at J. H. Whitney & Co. where he completed private equity transactions in a number of sectors including general industrial, business services and healthcare. Before Whitney, he held positions at American Industrial Partners where he focused on acquiring middle market manufacturing businesses, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in corporate finance. He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Mike serves on the Boards of APC Automotive Technologies, Continuum Energy, Material Handling Services, and Valet Living. He previously served on the Boards of Aquilex, Bartlett Holdings, CSC, FCX Performance, Natural Products Group and US Silica. Mike is a member of the Harvest Partners Investment Committee

Mr. Argiropoulos is a trial lawyer who appears before federal and state courts in New Jersey and other states. He serves as lead counsel in complex commercial and other business litigations. He also regularly handles commercial arbitrations and other ADR proceedings. Mr. Argiropoulos also serves as a general counsel role for clients seeking practical legal advice tailored to their long term business strategies and goals. He has counseled clients in the technology, real estate, manufacturing and service sectors as well as other entrepreneurs.
Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Mr. Argiropoulos was Member of a large regional law firm, where he served as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department.

Managing both the Enterprise Strategic Accounts team and Named Accounts team, he took the previously under-performing region, leading the combined team, to the highest growth rate region across both years. Forming a strong team culture and work ethic has been at the forefront of his management style, creating an identity of execution and winning.
John is a generous person with both his time and knowledge. He is a passionate lover of life, his wife, close friends and the Dallas Cowboys.
