MICHAEL DEFLORIO

Partner – Harvest Partners

Harvest Partners is a private equity investment firm with a long track record of building value in businesses and generating attractive returns on investment. For 35 years, through seven funds with aggregate capital commitments of over $5.0 billion, the firm has invested in over 50 companies.

Mike joined Harvest in 2003. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Partner at J. H. Whitney & Co. where he completed private equity transactions in a number of sectors including general industrial, business services and healthcare. Before Whitney, he held positions at American Industrial Partners where he focused on acquiring middle market manufacturing businesses, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in corporate finance. He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mike serves on the Boards of APC Automotive Technologies, Continuum Energy, Material Handling Services, and Valet Living. He previously served on the Boards of Aquilex, Bartlett Holdings, CSC, FCX Performance, Natural Products Group and US Silica. Mike is a member of the Harvest Partners Investment Committee

ANTHONY ARGIROPOULOS

Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., is a national law firm with a primary focus on health care and life sciences; employment, labor, and workforce management; and litigation and business disputes. Founded in 1973 as an industry-focused firm, Epstein Becker Green has decades of experience serving clients in health care, financial services, retail, hospitality, and technology, among other industries, representing entities from startups to Fortune 100 companies.

Mr. Argiropoulos is a trial lawyer who appears before federal and state courts in New Jersey and other states. He serves as lead counsel in complex commercial and other business litigations. He also regularly handles commercial arbitrations and other ADR proceedings. Mr. Argiropoulos also serves as a general counsel role for clients seeking practical legal advice tailored to their long term business strategies and goals. He has counseled clients in the technology, real estate, manufacturing and service sectors as well as other entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Mr. Argiropoulos was Member of a large regional law firm, where he served as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department.

MARK HARTLEY

Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at NEXT

Mark Hartley is Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at NEXT. He has over 20 years of recruiting, management, executive search, consulting, and advisory experience to high growth Disruptive Enterprise Software Companies. He was most recently at Twilio where he was the Recruiting Manager for GTM, G&A, and Business Operations. He grew Twilio from 100 employees to 1000 as they transitioned from a private company through their IPO. He is also an advisor to Sway Ventures, an early stage Venture Capital firm.

Mark is an avid sports fan (huge NY Yankees fan), enjoys spending time with family (especially with his 11-year-old niece), and friends. He also spends his time supporting The Wounded Warriors Foundation and The American Diabetes Society.

JOHN JENSEN

Vice President, North America Emerging Enterprise Sales – Alteryx, Inc. (NYSE: AYX)

John Jensen is the VP of North America for Alteryx, leading Strategic Sales teams across the US.

John has an exceptionally impressive career span of nearly 20 years, building, managing and leading sales teams across public and private Enterprise Software Companies. Prior to his current role with Alteryx, he was with Tableau Software for 8+ years, finishing out his last two years there as the Regional Vice President of the Southern Region of the United States. Managing both the Enterprise Strategic Accounts team and Named Accounts team, he took the previously under-performing region, leading the combined team, to the highest growth rate region across both years. Forming a strong team culture and work ethic has been at the forefront of his management style, creating an identity of execution and winning.

John is a generous person with both his time and knowledge. He is a passionate lover of life, his wife, close friends and the Dallas Cowboys.
